ps-imadethis: Holler for a lady like collar.  As we gear up for spring,  join the top-notch collar clan a la Louis Vuitton.   Feel ultra femme and fancy free and get inspired with a super sweet DIY. To create, download the pattern we created for Who What Wear and trace onto eyelet fabric.  Cut out collar silhouette.  Use scissors to create a scalloped edge.  Attach a small piece of Velcro as a closure.  Style with high neck blouses, dresses, or jackets.
